摘要
目的:分析比较岗位资质培训模式在整形门诊手术室专科护理能力培训方面的效果。方法:通过一定数量的样本采集传统护理培训和岗位资质培训模式对整形门诊手术室新进护士护理能力的培训效能数据,分析影响两种模式培训效能的原因,并进行统计学分析。结果:经过统计分析,在综合考核成绩方面,岗位资质培训模式的专科护理技能考核明显优于传统培训组,在医生满意度方面,岗位资质培训组明显高于传统培训组。结论:岗位资质培训模式在整形外科门诊手术室专科护理技能教育方面优于传统带教培训模式。
Objective: To analyze and compare the effect of job qualifi-cation training mode on specialized nursing ability training in the operating room of the outpatient department of plastic surgery. Methods: Based on a certain number of samples, the training effi-ciency data on the nursing ability of new nurses from the operating room of the outpatient depart-ment of plastic surgery receiving traditional nursing training and job qualification training is col-lected, the factors affecting the training efficiency of the two modes are analyzed, and a statistical analysis is conducted. Results: According to the statistical analysis, the comprehensive assessment results of nurses who receive the job qualification training in the professional nursing skills as-sessment are significantly better than those of the traditional training group, and the doctor’s sat-isfaction they get is also obviously higher than that in traditional training group. Conclusion: Re-garding the specialized nursing skills training in the operating room of the outpatient department of plastic surgery, the job qualification training mode is superior to the traditional apprentice training mode.
