摘要
目的:探究心理护理在儿童预防接种中的应用效果。方法:2021年6月到2022年6月,采用简单随机抽样的方法选择在我院社区医院进行预防接种的70名儿童为本次研究对象。根据儿童接种顺序将其分为研究组与对照组。2021年6月到2021年12月入组的35名儿童为对照组,2022年1月到2022年6月入组的35名儿童为研究组。对照组儿童主要进行常规接种护理,研究组儿童除进行常规护理外还采取心理护理措施进行干预,通过比较两组儿童的啼哭、恐惧以及挣扎情况以及接种依从性、接种质量与家长满意度等得出结果:两组儿童的啼哭、恐惧以及挣扎情况存在统计学差异;两组儿童的接种依从性、接种质量与家长满意度等均存在统计学差异。结论:对儿童预防接种实施心理护理可有效降低其啼哭、恐惧及挣扎的发生,提高接种依从性与接种质量及家长的满意度等。
Objective: To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in children vaccination. Meth-ods: From June 2021 to June 2022, a simple random sampling method was used to select 70 chil-dren who received vaccination in the community hospital of our hospital as the subjects of this study. Children were divided into study group and control group according to the order of vaccination. The 35 children enrolled from June 2021 to December 2021 were the control group, and the 35 children enrolled from January 2022 to June 2022 were the study group. Children in the control group mainly receive routine vaccination care, children in the study group take psychological nurs-ing measures to intervene in addition to routine care. The results were obtained by comparing cry-ing, fear and struggle, and vaccination compliance, vaccination quality and parental satisfaction of children in the two groups: there are statistical differences in children’s crying, fear and struggle between the two groups;there were statistical differences in children’s vaccination compliance, vaccination quality and parental satisfaction between the two groups. Conclusion: Psychological nursing for children vaccination can effectively reduce the occurrence of crying, fear and struggle, improve the vaccination compliance, vaccination quality and parents’ satisfaction.
