数字化乡村医疗产品的设计及思考

健康问题在新冠疫情的冲击下变得更加受到关注。目前我国正处于脱贫攻坚的重要时期,如何建立有效的乡村医疗运作模式引发社会思考。健康中国2030在基于人口老龄化和全面乡村振兴背景下提出,要进一步着重推动基础医疗卫生体系的建设。因此,关注乡村医疗问题具备重要的实际意义。近年来,数字化医疗的出现,为乡村医疗问题的解决带来新思路。然而受到现实等因素影响,数字化医疗在乡村地区的发展却较为有限,出现了医共体建设阻滞,医养结合薄弱等问题。本文将基于我国乡村数字化医疗的现状,从数字赋能、后续监测等角度,对乡村数字化医疗产品设计进行探讨和思考。希望能够为乡村数字化医疗的发展提供新的思维与参考,为“健康中国2030”征程助力。

Health issues have become even more of a concern under the onslaught of the pandemic. At present, China is in an important period of poverty alleviation, and how to establish an effective ru-ral medical operation model triggers social thinking. Healthy China 2030 proposes to further focus on promoting the construction of basic medical and health systems in the context of population ag-ing and comprehensive rural revitalization. Therefore, paying attention to rural medical problems has important practical significance. In recent years, the emergence of digital medicine has brought new ideas to solve rural medical problems. However, affected by reality and other factors, the de-velopment of digital medicine in rural areas is relatively limited, and there are problems such as the obstruction of the construction of the medical community and the weak integration of medical and elderly care. Based on the current situation of rural digital medical in China, this paper will discuss and think about the design of rural digital medical products from the perspectives of digital empowerment and follow-up monitoring. It is hoped that it can provide new thinking and reference for the development of rural digital medical care, and help the journey of “Healthy China 2030”.
