检索护理员质性研究相关文献,从护理员角色发展、职业生存现状、专业实践现状、职业健康现状以及自我保护意识五个方面进行综述,针对存在的问题提出应对策略,以期为管理者深入了解该群体需求现状,促进该行业健康发展提供依据,为后续相关研究提供参考。

Retrieving relevant literatures on the qualitative study of care assistant, reviewing the five aspects of care assistants’ role development, occupational survival status, professional practice status, occupational health status and self-protection awareness, proposing coping strategies for the existing problems, which in order to provide managers with a deep understanding on the current situation of the group’s needs. Provides a basis for promoting the healthy development of the industry, and provides a ref-erence for subsequent related research.
