肝硬化患者自我管理研究热点分析

Analysis of Hot Topics in Self-Management of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的:分析肝硬化患者自我管理研究热点,探讨其研究演变趋势,为把握该领域研究现状和后续研究方向确定奠定基础。方法:从中国知网获取肝硬化患者自我管理相关研究文献,采用CiteSpace对其进行可视化分析,得到可视化图谱。结果:共发文147篇,分布在2009~2023年,来自145个机构的189明作者参与发文,高频关键词主要有肝硬化、自我管理、生活质量、健康教育等,形成延续护理、自我管理、健康教育等10个聚类。结论:肝硬化患者自我管理相关研究开始较晚,发文量正逐步上升,研究方向逐步深入,研究内容不断细化,仍值得进一步探索挖掘。

Objective: To analyze the research hotspots of self-management in patients with cirrhosis, and to discuss the research evolution trend, so as to lay a foundation for understanding the research status in this field and determining the direction of subsequent research. Methods: The literatures related to self-management of patients with cirrhosis were obtained from CNKI and visualized by CiteSpace. Results: A total of 147 articles were published, distributed from 2009 to 2023, and 189 authors from 145 institutions participated in the publication. The high-frequency keywords mainly included cirrhosis, self-management, quality of life, health education, etc., forming 10 clusters of extended care, self-management, health education, etc. Conclusions: Studies related to self-management of patients with cirrhosis started late, the number of publications is gradually increasing, the research direction is gradually deepening, and the research content is constantly refined, which is still worth further exploration and exploration.
