Research Progress of Intimate Relationship between Patients with Cardiovascular Disease and Their Spouses

本文旨在综述亲密关系的相关概述及测评工具,介绍心血管疾病患者及其配偶亲密关系的影响因素及干预策略,并指出夫妻二元视角在疾病应对过程中的重要作用,以期增进患者与配偶的亲密关系,改善婚姻质量,进而提高夫妻双方的生活质量,同时为护理科研和临床工作提供参考。

This paper aims to review the relevant overview and assessment tools of intimate relationship, introduce the influencing factors and intervention strategies of intimate relationship between patients with cardiovascular disease and their spouses, and point out the important role of the couple’s dual perspective in the disease coping process, with a view to enhancing the intimate relationship between patients and their spouses, improving the quality of marriage, and thus improving the quality of life of both spouses. It also provides reference for nursing research and clinical work.
