摘要
目的:对ICU护士胜任力评价相关指标进行整合,为护理管理者对ICU护士进行培训、选拔及评价提供依据。方法:计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、维普、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、万方、知网(CNKI)关于ICU护士胜任力相关文献,检索时间期限为该数据库建库至2023年4月。文献评价采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准,并采用汇集条目整合类别的方法对结果进行分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献。共筛选出50个条目,9个类别(人际特征、价值观、科室管理、同事监督、自我管理、临床实践、科研、教学、法律),整合成3个大类(个人品质、管理结构、专业发展)。结论:在评价ICU护士胜任力时,应注重多方位、多维度评价护士,注重补足短板。
Objective: To integrate the relevant indicators of ICU nurse competency evaluation, and to provide a basis for nursing managers to train, select and evaluate ICU nurses. Methods: The computer searched the Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Weipu, China Biomedical Database (CBM), Wanfang, CNKI related literature on ICU nurse competence, and the search period was from the establishment of the database to April 2023. The literature review used the qualitative research evaluation criteria of the Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care at the Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia, and the results were analysed by pooling entries into categories. Results: A total of 10 articles were included. A total of 50 items were screened, 9 categories (interpersonal characteristics, values, department management, colleague supervision, self-management, clinical practice, scientific research, teaching, law), integrated into 3 categories (personal qualities, management structure, professional development). Conclusion: When evaluating the competence of ICU nurses, we should pay attention to multi-directional and multi-dimensional evaluation of nurses and pay attention to making up for shortcomings.
