阿尔兹海默症患者主要照顾者睡眠质量与照顾负担的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Sleep Quality and Care Burden of Primary Caregivers of Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的:探讨分析阿尔兹海默症患者主要照顾者睡眠质量及照顾负担的现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法:选取2021年6月到2022年6月安徽省某三甲医院就诊的196例阿尔兹海默症患者的主要照顾者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查问卷、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)及照顾者负担量表(CBI),对其进行现况调查并分析睡眠质量与照顾负担之间的相关性。结果:阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者睡眠质量总分为(8.29 ± 2.85),61.22%的照顾者PSQI评分 ≥ 8分。照顾者负担量表总分为(55.85 ± 15.70)分,照顾负担总体(57.6%)处于中度负担水平。阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者的睡眠质量与照顾负担及各维度均呈正相关(r = 0.685, P < 0.01)。结论:阿尔兹海默症主要照顾者睡眠质量较差,照顾负担较重,睡眠质量与照顾负担水平成正相关关系,建议临床医护人员及社会对阿尔兹海默症患者主要照顾者进行心理干预和提供社会支持,从而减轻照顾者身心负担,改善照顾者的睡眠质量,提高家庭生活质量。

Objective: To explore and analyze the status of sleep quality and care burden in primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s disease, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods: The main caregivers of 196 patients with Alzheimer’s disease from June 2021 to June 2022 in a top-three hospital in Anhui province were selected as the study subjects. General data questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale (PSQI) and caregiver Burden Scale (CBI) were used. The relationship between the quality of sleep and the burden of care was analyzed. Results: The total score of sleep quality of the main caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients was 8.29 ± 2.85, and the PSQI score of 61.22% was ≥8 points. The total score of the caregiver burden scale was (55.85 ± 15.70), and the total caregiver burden was in the moderate level (57.6%). The sleep quality of the primary caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients was positively correlated with the caring burden and all dimensions (r = 0.685, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The main caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease have poor sleep quality and heavy care burden, and sleep quality is positively correlated with the level of care burden. It is suggested that clinical medical staff and society should conduct psychological intervention and provide social support for the main caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients, so as to reduce the physical and mental burden of caregivers, improve the sleep quality of caregivers and improve the quality of family life.
