基于知识图谱可视化的老年护理研究进展

Advances in Geriatric Nursing Research: A Knowledge Graph Visualization Approach

随着我国老龄人口比例不断上升,老年护理的重要性愈发凸显。当前,全国养老服务面临着劳动力断层和供需差距的挑战,因此加强老年护理的研究与实践成为亟待解决的问题。本研究以CiteSpace计量可视化工具为基础,对2012~2023年中国知网数据库中收录的以“老年护理”为关键词的881篇有效文献进行了计量可视化分析。我们构建了我国老年护理工作研究成果的知识图谱,并综合考察了国内该领域的研究热点和趋势。综合分析结果显示,国内老年护理的研究热度持续上升,研究主题主要集中在老年人、老年护理、老年疾病和研究方法等方面。近期的研究热点包括德尔菲法、影响因素、护理教育和痴呆等。

With the rapid growth of the aging population in China, the significance of geriatric care has become increasingly prominent. However, the national elderly care services currently face challenges such as labor shortage and an imbalance between supply and demand. Consequently, there is an urgent need to strengthen research and practice in geriatric care. In this study, we employed the CiteSpace metric visualization tool to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 881 valid documents related to “elderly care” in the China Knowledge Network database from 2012 to 2023. By constructing a knowledge map of geriatric nursing research in China, we identified and examined the research hotspots and trends within the field. The findings indicate a sustained increase in research interest in geriatric nursing nationwide. Key research topics prima-ily revolve around the elderly population, geriatric nursing, geriatric diseases, and research methodologies. Recent research hotspots include the application of the Delphi method, influencing factors, nursing education, dementia, etc.
