摘要
了解本科护生对精神分裂症公众污名的现状,分析本科护生对精神分裂症公众污名的影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和精神病公众污名量表(PSSMI)对151名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:本科护生对精神分裂症公众污名总得分为(5.43 ± 1.35)分,污名分量表得分为(2.89 ± 0.83)分,接纳分量表得分为(2.55 ± 0.84)分。是否参加过课外精神分裂症相关讲座、是否学习过精神分裂症相关课程、直系亲属中是否有人自杀或试图自杀对精神分裂症公众污名的影响具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:护理本科生存在精神分裂症公众污名,护理教育工作者在教学过程中应该采取多种综合性的干预手段来降低护理专业学生对精神分裂症的公众污名,从而使其能够更好的为精神分裂症患者提供护理。
Objective: To understand the status quo of the public stigma of undergraduate nursing students on schizophrenia and analyze the influencing factors of the public stigma of undergraduate nursing students on schizophrenia. Methods: 151 nursing undergraduates were investigated by self-designed general information questionnaire and psychiatric public stigma scale (PSSMI). Results: The total public stigma score of undergraduate nursing students for schizophrenia was (5.43 ± 1.35) points, the stigma scale score was (2.89 ± 0.83) points and the acceptance subscale score was (2.55 ± 0.84) points. Whether they had attended extracurricular lectures related to schizophrenia, whether they had taken courses related to schizophrenia, and whether someone in their immediate family had committed or attempted suicide had a statistically significant impact on the public stigma of schizophrenia (P < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a public stigma of schizophrenia among nursing undergraduates. Nursing educators should adopt a variety of comprehensive intervention means in the teaching process to reduce the public stigma of schizophrenia among nursing students, so that they can provide better nursing care for patients with schizophrenia.
