1例妊娠合并疱疹样脓疱病的护理体会

Nursing Experience of a Pregnancy with Herpes-Like Impetigo

疱疹性脓疱病是一种好发于孕妇的严重皮肤病,分娩后逐渐缓解,再孕可复发。皮疹常先后发于腹股沟、腋窝、乳房下脐部等处,以后泛发全身。通常急性发热,群集性脓疱发生于红斑性基础上。白细胞升高,血钙降低。脓疱向周围扩展,排列成环形,口腔黏膜亦可累及,皮损轻度瘙痒、灼热,有痛感,孕妇常可发生流产,死胎或婴儿出生后数天死亡。产后病愈,下次怀孕又可复发,本文报道一例疱疹样脓疱病患者,住院期间采用多学科联合会诊治疗模式(MDT),经过治疗及精心护理,皮疹较前明显好转,妊娠结局满意,未发生并发症,予出院休养。

In this report, a patient with the next pregnancy of herpes-like impetigo, multidisciplinary combined consultation (MDT) was adopted during hospitalization. After treatment and careful care, the rash was significantly im-proved, and the pregnancy outcome was satisfactory and no complications occurred, and he was discharged to recuperate.
