摘要
目的:构建临床护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用文献回顾法及半结构式访谈初步构建临床护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对23名专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:2轮专家咨询专家有效应答率分别为100.0%和100.0%,专家权威系数为0.896,专家函询协调系数的卡方检验的P值均小于0.05和0.001,最终构建了临床护理硕士专业学位研究生评价指标体系。该评价指标体系共包含5个一级指标,22个二级指标和62个三级指标。结论:该评价指标体系具备较强适用性和可靠性,可以为MNS研究生临床带教提供借鉴,同时为护理研究生教育策略和考核评价体系的完善提供借鉴。
Objective: To construct the evaluation index system of core competence of clinical nursing master’s degree students. Methods: The evaluation index system of core competence of clinical nursing postgraduate students was initially established by literature review and semi-structured interview, and 23 experts were consulted by the Delphi method for 2 rounds, and the index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results: The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100.0%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.896, and the P-values of the Chisquare test of the expert correspondence consultation coordination coefficient were both less than 0.05 and 0.001. Finally, the evaluation index system of clinical nursing master’s degree was established. The evaluation index system consists of 5 first-level indicators, 22 second-level indicators and 62 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The evaluation index system has strong applicability and reliability, which can provide a reference for the clinical teaching of MNS graduate students, and also provide a reference for the improvement of the education strategy and evaluation system of nursing graduate students.
