This paper reviews the research progress of early postoperative speech rehabilitation for children with cleft lip and palate in recent years, including the current status of rehabilitation, factors influencing speech, and interventions, summarizes the current problems of research related to postoperative speech rehabilitation for children with cleft lip and palate, and proposes future research directions and trends, so as to provide a reference for the nursing practice and research of postoperative speech rehabilitation for children with cleft lip and palate.
