基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸功能锻炼的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Respiratory Function Exercise in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on CiteSpace

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析国内慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)呼吸功能锻炼的研究现状、趋势及前沿热点,为今后的研究提供借鉴。方法:检索中国知网和万方数据库中COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对该领域的作者、机构、关键词等文献特征进行可视化分析。结果:最终纳入1126篇文献,文献中高频的关键词包括“肺功能”、“生活质量”、“慢阻肺”、“呼吸锻炼”、“肺疾病”等。共形成16个聚类,包括“功能锻炼”、“慢阻肺”、“护理干预”、“肺功能”、“临床效果”、“呼吸训练”、“护理”、“生存质量”等。结论:有关COPD呼吸功能锻炼的文献发文量总体呈上升趋势,但发文作者和机构间合作较少,需加强合作,同时需增加对急性加重期COPD患者的关注,提升研究的全面性。

Objective: Based on CiteSpace software, we analyzed the current research status, trend and cutting-edge hotspots of respiratory function exercise in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in China to provide a reference for future research. Methods: Literature related to respiratory function exercise for COPD patients was searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang databases, and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visually analyze the characteristics of the literature such as authors, institutions, keywords, and so on in this field. Results: A total of 1126 papers were included, with high-frequency keywords including “lung function”, “quality of life”, “chronic obstructive pulmonary disease”, “respiratory exercise”, “lung disease”, and so on. A total of 16 clusters were formed, including “functional exercise”, “chronic obstructive pulmonary disease”, “nursing interventions”, “pulmonary function”, “clinical outcomes”, “breathing exercises”, “nursing care”, “quality of survival”, and so on. Conclusion: There is an overall increasing trend in the number of publications on respiratory exercise in COPD, with less collaboration between authors of publications and institutions, which needs to be strengthened, as well as a need to increase the focus on patients with acute exacerbations of COPD to improve the comprehensiveness of the research.
