摘要
目的:了解内分泌科临床护士叙事护理培训的效果。方法:从内分泌科临床护士中便利选取15名进行培训,每周一次,每次60~80分钟,共六周,通过线上、线下混合式学习的方法,开展专题讲座、角色扮演、读书分享、书写反思日记、优秀个案分享等系列活动。培训结束后半结构式深度访谈被培训护士,包括培训后的感受和收获、对培训内容的评价和反馈、对培训方式、流程等方面的满意度和改进建议。采用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈所得的资料进行深入的分析与处理。结果:叙事护理培训后,内分泌科护士在工作心得与领悟方面提炼出“护患关系更加和谐,工作成就感随之增强”“职业价值的认同感显著增强”“对叙事护理模式的认可度提高”3个主题;在个人成长与所获方面提炼出“习得尊重与谦逊的态度”“领悟理解与宽容的智慧”“增强共情能力与实现自我赋能”“强化团队意识,提升团队凝聚力”4个主题。结论:通过叙事护理培训,内分泌科护士的职业认同感和自我价值感明显提升。相关机构应给予护士时间和空间保障,以提升护士叙事能力,促进护理事业的发展。Objective: To investigate the effect of narrative nursing training for clinical nurses in endocrinology department. Methods: Fifteen clinical nurses in the Department of Endocrinology were selected for training, once a week, for 60 to 80 minutes each time, for six weeks. Through the method of online and offline mixed learning, a series of activities such as special lectures, role playing, reading sharing, writing reflection diaries, and sharing of excellent cases were carried out. After the training, a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with the trained nurses, including their feelings and gains after the training, evaluation and feedback on the training content, satisfaction with the training methods and procedures, and suggestions for improvement. Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method is used to analyze and process the data obtained from the interview. Results: After the narrative nursing training, endocrinology nurses extracted three themes in terms of work experience and understanding: “more harmonious nurse-patient relationship, enhanced sense of work achievement”, “significantly enhanced sense of professional value” and “enhanced recognition of narrative nursing model". In terms of personal growth and gains, four themes were extracted: “Acquire respect and humility”, “comprehend the wisdom of understanding and tolerance”, “enhance empathy and realize self-empowerment”, and “strengthen team consciousness and enhance team cohesion”. Conclusion: Through narrative nursing training, the professional identity and self-worth of endocrinology nurses were significantly improved. Relevant institutions should provide nurses with time and space to enhance their narrative ability and promote the development of nursing.
