准三能级Tm:YAP自调Q固体激光器理论探讨

摘要 在考虑基态重吸收的前提下,建立了准三能级Tm:YAP自调Q激光器的速率方程理论模型。通过数值模拟,确定了Tm:YAP的晶体掺杂浓度为5.0at.%,长度为5 mm,输出透过率为6%的耦合镜,为实现稳定的自调Q脉冲输出可行性提供了理论依据。讨论了泵浦功率在7~18 W时,脉冲宽度、重复频率、峰值功率、脉冲能量等随泵浦功率的变化关系。在泵浦功率为18 W时,脉冲宽度为5.1 μs,重复频率为22.7 kHz,峰值功率为12.1 W,脉冲能量为61.9 μJ。 Under considering the reabsorption of ground state, the quasi-three-level rate equation theoretical model of Tm:YAP self-Q-switching solid-state laser was established, and the crystal doping concentration of 5.0 at.%, the length of 5 mm and the coupling mirror with transmission rate of 6% was determined by numerical simulation, which provided a theoretical basis for the realization of stable self-Q-switching pulse output. The pulse width, repetition frequency, peak power and pulse energy as functions of pump power at 7 - 18 W were discussed. The pulse width is 5.1 μs, the repetition frequency is 22.7 kHz, the peak power is 12.1 W and the pulse energy is 61.9 μJ.
