时速600公里磁浮列车隧道最不利交会位置探究

摘要 目前,国内已面向全球发布了当前世界上可实现的速度最快陆地公共交通工具——时速600公里高速磁浮交通系统。随着高速磁浮列车的速度的不断提高,列车通过隧道诱发的压力波愈加剧烈,并呈现出轮轨高速列车不同的气动特性,使得车内压力舒适性问题更加突出。本文采用一维可压缩非定常不等熵流动模型特征线法和时间常数法,在论证了研究方法的基础上,分析了两列车在不同位置处交会时基于车内压力舒适性的最不利隧道长度,研究了时速600公里磁浮列车的最不利交会位置。研究结果表明:基于车内Δpmax,3s的最大值呈先增大后减小的趋势;在最不利隧道长度下,先进入隧道列车的头车在三分之一和洞口位置处较为恶劣,对于后进入隧道列车而言,头尾车和中间车均在三分之一交会处较为恶劣。研究成果可为车体气动疲劳强度设计提供基础数据。 At present, China has released the world’s fastest land public transport in the world—600 km/h high-speed maglev transport system. With the increasing speed of the high-speed maglev train, the pressure wave induced when the train passing through the tunnel becomes more and more intense, and the different aerodynamic characteristics of the wheel-rail high-speed train appear, which makes the problem of pressure comfort inside the car more prominent. In this paper, the characteristic line method and the time constant method of the compressible unsteady unsteady entropy flow model are used to analyze the most unfavorable tunnel length based on the comfort of the interior pressure when two trains meet at different positions, and the most unfavorable intersection position of the 600 km/h maglev train is studied. The results show that the maximum value of the vehicle increases first and then decreases;under the most unfavorable tunnel length, the first train entering the tunnel is worse at the position of the third and the entrance of the tunnel. For the train entering the tunnel later, the first and last train and the middle train are worse at the intersection of the third. The research results can provide basic data for the design of aerodynamic fatigue strength of vehicle body.
