摘要 本文利用双层六边形开环阶梯阻抗谐振器(Step Impedance Resonator, SIR)设计小型低温共烧陶瓷 (Low Temperature Con-fired Ceramic, LTCC)滤波器,该滤波器是由四个双层六边形开环SIR集成在多层陶瓷介质中利用低阻抗部分耦合产生一个紧凑的尺寸微波滤波器,谐振器低阻抗部分开口端产生容性耦合目的是进一步降低谐振频率。所设计的电路尺寸为8.0 ×6.0 ×1.0 mm3,测试结果表明滤波器在中心频率5.80 GHz处具有21%的相对带宽。从7.5到11 GHz具有超过30 dB的抑制,性能良好。 A compact wideband bandpass filter, exploiting dual-layer hexagonal shape open-loop folded step- impedance-resonator (SIR), using low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology, has been designed and fabricated. The filter is composed of four hexagonal shape open-loop SIRs embedded in multilayer thin ceramic to produce a compact size, which exploits coupling by overlapping of low impedance parts of SIRs. The capacitive coupling is purposely established between the two open ends of low impedance part of the resonator to further reduce the resonance frequency. The volume of the filter is 8.0 ×6.0 ×1.0 mm3. The proposed topology is demonstrated with a design operating at 5.80 GHz with about 21.0% bandwidth. More than 30 dB of spurious suppression from 7.5 to 11 GHz is demonstrated in the experimental results.
