摘要
本文采用HE染色方法,对人工感染二尖梅奇酵母河蟹的前、中、后期的各组织进行组织病理学分析。结果显示,各组织出现不同程度的病理损伤并呈现时序变化特征,其中肝胰腺、鳃和肌肉组织的破坏程度最为严重,肠道和心脏组织病变程度较低。本文明确了不同感染时期河蟹各组织的病理变化特征,为河蟹“牛奶病”的早期诊断提供了科学的理论依据,同时为进一步了解该病的致病机制提供理论支撑。
In this article, HE method was used to conduct histopathological analysis on various tissues of artificially infected Eriocheir sinensis early, middle, and later stages infection. The results showed that various tissues exhibited varying degrees of pathological damage and temporal changes. The tissues including hepatopancreas, gill and muscle were the most severely damaged, while the intestinal and heart tissues were less affected. This civilization has identified the pathological changes in various tissues of mitten crabs during different infection stages, not only providing a scientific theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of “milk disease” in mitten crabs, also providing theoretical support for further understanding the pathogenic mechanism of this disease.
