摘要
西周统治者为了强化教育教学管理工作,制定了一套教育督责之术。这一教育督责之术对督责者、督责的对象、标准、内容、手段等方面作了明确要求,是我国最早的教育教学管理评价理念。同时这一教育督责之术也给当今以启示:构建以学为本的评价体系;确立全面多维的评价标准;坚持诊断性评价、阶段性评价与终结性评价相结;在合理合法的前提下,坚持奖励与惩罚相结合。
In order to supervise and manage the education and teaching, the rulers of the Western Zhou Dy-nasty have set up a set of operas. The operation of this responsibility requires a clear request for those who are responsible for supervision and responsibility, standards, contents, means. It’s the earliest educational teaching management evaluation concept in our country. At the same time, this educational supervision also gives today’s enlightenment: build a school-based evaluation system;establish comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation criteria;adhere to diagnostic evaluation, phased evaluation and final evaluation;under the premise of reasonable and legal, adhere to the combination of reward and punishment.
