Constructivism in Writing of History: Between Subjectivity and Objectivity

本文从学界对“历史”这个概念的不同理解出发,以历史自身存在的一种“主客、虚实”间的张力为线索,围绕“何谓历史,为何书写历史”、“历史书写的史料”、“历史连续性的想象与建构”、“历史书写语言”等问题进行探讨,尝试从“史实与虚构、断裂与连续、书写中的主客观因素”等多个维度来呈现历史,以期对历史以及历史书写的复杂性内涵有更深刻地理解和认识。

Based on the analysis of scholars’ different understandings of the concept of “history”, this paper attempts to delve into such issues as “what is history, why should we write history”;“historical materials for writing of history”;“imaging and construction of historical continuity”;“language issue in writing of history”, by exploring both the connection and tension between subjectivity and objectivity, and between reality and fiction reflected in history. Moreover, this paper aims at offering a deeper understanding of the complex connotation of history and writing of history through presenting history from multiple dimensions such as “historical facts and fiction, fracture and continu-ity, subjective and objective factors in writing of history”.
