公共安全监控法律问题研究

Legal Research on Public Safety Monitoring System

随着我国经济和社会发展,公共管理的需求也在日益增加。在公共场所安置监控器是实现公共管理、保障公民权益的重要手段。很多公共场所都通过安装安全监控器来维持秩序,像街道、社区等都安装了公共安全监控器。虽然公共安全监控的快速发展给我们的人身、财产安全带来了保障,但是也产生了一系列的社会问题。因此,本文从法律层面进行分析,结合我国公共安全监控法律制度的发展历程、我国公共安全监控的设置现状、现阶段公共安全监控法律制度存在的问题等,为我国公共安全监控制度提出对策建议。

With the development of China’s economy and society, the demand for public management is also increasing. The placement of monitors in public places is an important means to achieve public management and protect the rights and interests of citizens. Many public places maintain order by installing security monitors, such as streets, communities, and so on. Although the rapid development of public safety monitoring has guaranteed our personal and property safety, it has also produced a series of social problems. Therefore, this article analyzes from the legal level, combining the development process of China’s public safety monitoring legal system and the problems existing in the current public safety monitoring legal system, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for China’s public safety monitoring system.
