The mixed ownership reform is constantly advancing, and the reform of state-owned enterprises is gradually accelerating. The success of the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises provides ideas for private enterprises to participate in the reform. The state also actively encourages private en-terprises to participate in the reform of mixed ownership. This article first discusses the advantages of mixed ownership reform of private enterprises in terms of resource value, platform value and utility value. Then through understanding the realization path and development model of private enterprises participating in mixed reform, establish the basic principles that they should follow. Finally, it discusses the system construction of the mixed ownership reform of private enterprises to promote enterprise reform. The reform of mixed ownership has a function to stimulate the vitality of the national economy, and it can also promote the improvement of my country’s basic economic system.
