System interpretation has the advantages of systemicity and harmony by maintaining the chain relationship between various legal provisions, which helps to better re-solve cases when applying the law, so that uncertain cases can be properly applied. First, we analyze the rank of system explanation. System explanation is located after literal interpretation and before theoretical explanation, and ranks second in the preliminary rank. Then we talked about the spe-cific method, the specific rules of the system interpretation include the same type of interpretation rule, the same interpretation rule, and the prohibition of redundancy.
