互联网的发展和新媒体的普及打破了原有的舆论格局,高校网络舆论作为社会舆论的重要组成部分,已然在各个方面都显示出强大的影响力。当前,高校网络舆论引导面临网络法律法规滞后、法治宣传教育薄弱、引导体制机制不健全等现实问题。通过对问题进行全面分析,立足法治化角度探索一条切实可行的应对路径,切实增强高校网络舆论引导的科学性和有效性,推动形成良好的高校网络舆论环境。

The development of the Internet and the popularity of new media has broken the original pattern of public opinion, college network public opinion as an important part of social public opinion, has shown a strong influence in all aspects. At present, the guidance of network public opinion in col-leges and universities is faced with practical problems such as lagging network laws and regulations, weak publicity and education of the rule of law, and imperfect guiding system and mechanism. Through a comprehensive analysis of the problem, based on the perspective of the rule of law to ex-plore a feasible coping path, effectively enhance the scientific and effective guidance of university network public opinion, promote the formation of a good university network public opinion envi-ronment.
