新时代农村生态文明法治化的现实困境和建设路径研究

农村生态文明法治化建设是落实十九大“法治乡村”理念的重要内容,对推进全面依法治国步伐、贯彻乡村振兴战略具有重大意义。然而新时代建设农村生态文明法治仍面临着法治意识、治理体制、基层执法等现实困境。对此,将法治与生态相结合,根据现实困境,提出相应的解决方案,推动农村生态文明法治建设,也为中国不同地区的农村生态文明建设提供法治方面的借鉴和支持。

Building a rural ecological civilization under the rule of law is an important part of implementing the concept of “law-based countryside” at the 19th National Congress, and is of great significance to advancing law-based governance in an all-round way and implementing the rural revitalization strategy. However, the construction of the rule of law in the new era of rural ecological civilization is still faced with legal consciousness, governance system, grassroots law enforcement and other realistic difficulties. In this regard, the combination of rule of law and ecology, according to the realistic predicament, put forward the corresponding solutions, promote the construction of rural ecological civilization of the rule of law, but also to provide legal reference and support for the construction of rural ecological civilization in different regions of China.
