摘要 幼儿教师教育惩戒权具有特殊性,其相关法律法规尚未健全,幼儿教师教育惩戒权在如今面临了新时代的困境。幼儿教育惩戒相关研究、法律缺失,本是具有正当性的教育行为却无法得到法律的保护。信息时代社会媒体传播范围广速度快,惩戒权的舆论环境未得到有效保障。幼儿教育惩戒权规则当细化,应建立相关的监督机制监督幼儿教师惩戒权实施并谨防滥用,规范社会媒体的舆论报道,宣传相关法律知识。 The disciplinary power of preschool teachers in education has its particularity, and its relevant laws and regulations are not yet sound. The disciplinary power of preschool teachers in education is facing difficulties in the new era. There is a lack of research and laws related to punishment in early childhood education, and the legitimate educational behavior cannot be protected by law. In the information age, social media spreads widely and rapidly, and the public opinion environment for disciplinary rights has not been effectively protected. The rules on the disciplinary power of early childhood education should be refined, and relevant supervision mechanisms should be established to supervise the implementation of the disciplinary power of early childhood teachers and prevent abuse, regulate public opinion reporting on social media, and promote relevant legal knowledge.
