在全面依法治国的新时代,推动网络信息内容治理对于营造清朗网络空间,确保互联网在法治的轨道上健康运行,维护国家、社会、个人安全具有重要的现实意义。网络信息内容治理是一个复杂的系统工程,要实现共建共治共享,需要多元主体协调一致,共同努力。当前,我国网络信息内容治理面临法律法规不够健全、多元主体权责关系不够明晰、法治环境错综复杂等现实困境。因此,为了实现网络信息内容治理的法治现代化,构建科学完善的法律法规体系、明晰多元主体的权责关系、建立完善的网络信息内容监控系统成为新时代网络信息内容治理的路径选择。

In the new era of comprehensive rule of law, promoting the governance of online information content is of great practical significance to creating a clear cyberspace, ensuring the healthy operation of the Internet on the track of rule of law, and safeguarding the security of the country, society and individuals. Network information content governance is a complex system engineering, and to achieve co-construction, co-governance and sharing, multiple subjects need to coordinate and work together. At present, China’s online information content governance is facing practical difficulties such as insufficient laws and regulations, unclear rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects, and complex legal environment. Therefore, in order to realize the modernization of the rule of law in online information content governance, building a scientific and perfect legal and regulatory system, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects, and establishing a sound network information content monitoring system have become the path choices for online information content governance in the new era.
