随着社会的发展和法律职业的多元化,法官需要与其他法律职业人员进行协同工作,以更好地履行法律职责,维护社会公正和稳定。然而,目前协同工作在实践中仍存在许多问题和挑战,如沟通不畅、角色不清、利益冲突等,其中最主要的问题在于各职业人员对于本职业与其他职业的定位认识不清并且产生一系列利益冲突。因此,本研究旨在探讨法官与其他法律职业人员的协同工作,从法官这一职业角度出发,分析法律职业人员之间合作共建的实践案例,并提出推广法律职业合作共建的建议,以促进法律职业人员之间的协同工作,提高司法效率和公正性。通过分析合作共建的实践案例,总结成功的因素和经验教训,为其他法律职业人员之间的协同工作提供可行性建议和启示。

With the development of society and the diversification of legal profession, judges need to work cooperatively with other legal professionals to better perform their legal duties and maintain social justice and stability. However, at present, there are still many problems and challenges in the practice of collaborative work, such as poor communication, unclear roles, and conflicts of interest. Therefore, this study aims to explore the collaborative work between judges and other legal profes-sionals, analyze the practical cases of cooperation and joint construction, and put forward suggestions for promoting cooperation and joint construction, so as to promote the collaborative work among legal professionals, improve judicial efficiency and fairness, and further promote the construction of the rule of law in society. Through the analysis of the practical cases of co-construction, the successful factors and lessons are summarized, and the feasible suggestions and enlightenment are provided for the collaborative work among other legal professionals.
