《民法典》下农村法治建设问题探析

Analysis on the Construction of Rural Rule of Law from the Perspective of China’s Civil Code

随着我国进入新时代,农村法治建设是我国重要的社会治理内容,也是实现乡村振兴的重要环节。本文根据《民法典》的颁布与实施情况,探讨法典对农村法治建设的现实意义,发现了我国农村法治建设受到村民法律意识不强、执法人员职业素质不高、法治宣传形式单一、法律服务供给不足的影响。因此,要增强农民的法律意识,加强普法队伍建设,推动农村法治思想宣传多样化,完善农村法律服务供给体系,进一步促进农村治理体系的现代化。

As China enters a new era, the construction of rural rule of law is an important part of social governance in China and an important link to achieve rural revitalization. Based on the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code, this article explores the practical significance of the Code for the construction of rural rule of law. It is found that the construction of rural rule of law in China is affected by the weak legal awareness of villagers, the low professional quality of law enforcement personnel, the single form of law propaganda, and the insufficient supply of legal services. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the legal awareness of farmers, strengthen the construction of the legal publicity team, promote the diversification of rural rule of law propaganda, improve the supply system of rural legal services, and further promote the modernization of rural governance system.
