论第四纪地质学在海绵城市建设中的应用——以常德市为例 被引量:2

摘要 随着城市化进程的不断加快,当今我国的城市化建设中水问题日益突出,“海绵城市”的理念应运而生。而在具体选址与建设过程中,无不需要对城市所在的地质构造、工程地质、地形地貌和第四纪地层状况进行前期的安全评价。在常德市江北城区实施开展“海绵城市”项目的背景下,为了达到海绵城市建设辐射整个城区进而带动常德市所属县级市的海绵城市建设的目标,本文在阐述常德市地质构造特征的基础上,站在第四纪地质学的角度,从地震安全性和地层稳定性两方面,进一步完善常德地区第四纪地质环境安全评价,为未来常德市整体的海绵城市规划建设提供新的借鉴性资料。 With the acceleration of urbanization,the water problem in China’s urbanization construction is becoming increasingly prominent,and the concept of“sponge city”emerges as the times require.In the process of site selection and construction,it’s important to evaluate the geological structure,engineering geology,topography and Quaternary strata of the city.Under the background of im-plementing the project of sponge city in Jiangbei area of Changde City,in order to achieve the goal that the construction of sponge City radiates the whole urban area and then drives the construction of sponge city in county-level cities of Changde City,this paper,based on the description of the geological structure characteristics of Changde City,stands on the perspective of Quaternary ge-ology,further improves the Quaternary Geological Environment Safety Assessment in Changde Area from the aspects of seismic safety and stability of strata.It will provide new reference for the overall sponge city planning and construction in Changde City in the future.
