摘要
采用流域分析方法,系统分析了重庆市梁滩河流域内影响生态环境质量的城镇污水、垃圾、工业排污、畜禽养殖、农业面源污染、水土流失等问题,对规划目标年进行了污染负荷预测,确定了流域环境容量和污染物负荷削减目标,提出了实现规划水质目标和生态环境质量目标的污染控制措施和生态整治建设内容,为类似流域的水环境综合治理工程的规划建设提供参考。
The factors, such as municipal wastewater and solid waste,industrial waste discharge,agriculture, soil erosion, domestic animals and birds breeding, agricultural source pollution, which may influence the ecoenvironmental quality of Liangtan River basin, were analyzed with watershed approach. The environmental capacity and total pollutants control goal are decided, the pollutants control measures and ecological construction to achieve the planning water quality target and the ecological environmental quality target were put forward. It provides a reference for the planning and design of comprehensive water pollution control project in similar basins.
