兰新高铁对沿线城市可达性及经济潜力分析

摘要 为研究兰新高速铁路开通前后对沿线地区可达性及其经济潜力产生的影响,以期对兰新高速铁路的进一步发展与布局以及对沿线地区经济社会发展与产业结构布局提供参考,本文采用加权平均旅行时间及经济潜力模型,选取高铁开通前后的时间节点对统计数据进行计算并分析兰新高速铁路开通前后对沿线节点城市可达性及经济潜力的影响,以及2020年疫情对沿线地区可达性及经济潜力的影响。结果表明:兰新高速铁路开通后加权平均旅行时间下降明显,可达性明显增强,经济潜力也大幅提升。2020年新冠肺炎疫情引起了加权平均旅行时间的波动,进而影响了沿线节点城市的可达性。 In order to study the accessibility and economic potential differences of the regions along the Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway before and after the opening of the high-speed railway, and to provide reference for the further development and layout of Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway, as well as the economic and social development and industrial structure layout of the regions along the railway, this paper plans to adopt the weighted average travel time and economic potential model. The data of 2012 before the opening of Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed Railway and 2017 after the opening of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway are se-lected to calculate the impact of the high-speed railway on the accessibility and economic potential of node cities along the railway before and after the opening of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway, as well as the influence of special years on the accessibility and economic potential of regions along the line. The results show that the weighted average travel time decreases significantly, the accessibility increases significantly, and the economic potential also increases signif-icantly after the opening of Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway. The special year of COVID-19 in 2020 causes the fluctuation of weighted average travel time, which in turn affects the accessibility of node cities along the route.
