摘要
简要概述显微技术的发展。着重介绍两类扫描探针显微镜即扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)在生物科学研究中的应用,具体指STM在对核酸、蛋白质、生物膜研究中的应用和AFM在生物分子领域、细胞器和细胞表面领域、微生物领域及纳米材料领域等方面研究中的应用。
This paper provides a brief overview of the development of microscopy technology. Emphasis is placed on the application of two types of scanning probe microscopes, namely scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), in biological science research. Specifically, STM’s application in the study of nucleic acids, proteins, and biofilms, as well as AFM’s application in the fields of biomolecules, organelles and cell surfaces, microorganisms, and nanomaterials, are introduced.
