摘要
针对重载组合列车主控和从控机车通信延时问题,通过建立仿真模型,分析2万吨重载组合列车、1.6万吨重载组合列车、万吨重载组合列车分别在隧道内发生通信延时并触发紧急制动时车钩受力特点。结果表明:通信延时越大,车钩产生的纵向拉钩力和压钩力均会增大,对重载列车安全运行造成隐患。因此,针对此应制定相应的安全防范措施,确保重载列车开行安全。
Focus on the communication delay between the control locomotive and slave control locomotive of heavy-haul trains, establishing a simulation model, this paper analyzes the stress characteristics of coupler when 20,000 tons heavy-haul trains, 16,000 tons heavy-haul trains and 10,000 tons heavy-haul trains have communication delay in the tunnel and trigger emergency braking respectively. The results show that the greater the communication delay, the larger the longitudinal hook pulling force and hook pressing force generated by the coupler, which will cause hidden dangers to the safe operation of heavy-haul trains. Therefore, the preventive measures should be formulated to ensure the safe operation of heavy-haul trains.
