摘要
随着我国重载列车运用不断深入,列车运行过程中的纵向冲动问题尤为突出,车钩长期服役过程中出现的寿命下降、疲劳伤损、脱钩与断钩等问题随之暴露,严重威胁我国重载铁路运输效能的健康发展,给行车安全带来极大隐患。在此背景下本文研究并开发了重载中部机车钩缓装置动态性能监测系统,该监测系统应用现代传感技术、虚拟仪器技术、嵌入式技术和通信技术,能够实现钩缓运行参数的自动采集、自动处理、自动分析与传输,为重载铁路运维信息化、数据化、智能化提供重要数据支撑。
With the continuous deepening of the use of heavy-duty trains in China, the longitudinal impulse problem during train operation is particularly prominent. The problems of decreased service life, fatigue damage, decoupling and breakage of couplers that occur during long-term service have been exposed, seriously threatening the healthy development of China’s heavy-duty railway transportation efficiency and bringing great hidden dangers to train safety. In this context, this article studies and develops a dynamic monitoring system for the coupling force of heavy-duty central locomotives. The monitoring system applies modern sensing technology, virtual instrument technology, embedded technology, and communication technology, which can achieve automatic collection, processing, analysis, and transmission of coupling force, providing important data support for the informatization, dataization, and intelligence of heavy-duty railway operation and maintenance.
