基于模糊层次分析法的应急通信保障效能评估研究

Research on the Efficiency Evaluation of Emergency Communication System via Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

本文以应急通信保障系统为研究对象,在分析效能评估方法的基础上,结合应急通信保障系统特点,针对系统时效性、稳定性与安全性特征,基于模糊层次分析法,建立了相应效能评估体系与模型,并结合应急通信保障任务实例对系统效能进行了科学评价,验证本文所提出方法的可行性与合理性。

The emergency communication system had been studied based on the schemes of efficiency eval-uation in this paper. The relative assessment system and evaluation system had been designed via fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in terms of the timeliness, stability and security. Furthermore, the efficiency evaluation of a typical emergency communication system was performed by using of this protocol for the capability assessment system. Then the calculation results are advised to verify the feasibility and rationality of our scheme.
