Analysis of Influencing Factors of Childcare Service Demand Based on DEMATEL Method

近年来,国家和地区政府日益重视托育服务的发展,但是托育服务的发展却供小于需。因此从政府、托育机构、婴幼儿家庭、婴幼儿自身四个维度系统分析托育服务需求的影响因素,并应用DEMATEL方法分析因素间的相互关系,并进行结果分析以及程度分析,指出价格水平、文化水平、服务项目、子女数量、财政补贴等因素是影响托育服务需求的关键因素,以期为我国托育服务供给提供科学依据。

In recent years, the national and regional governments pay more and more attention to the development of childcare services, but the development of childcare services is less than the demand. Therefore, the influencing factors of childcare service demand are system analysis from the four dimensions of government, childcare institutions, infant family and infants themselves, and the interrelationship among factors is analyzed by using DEMATEL method, and the result analysis and degree analysis are carried out. It points out that price level, education level, service items, number of children, financial subsidies and other factors are the key factors affecting the demand for childcare services, in order to provide scientific basis for the provision of childcare services in China.
