资本禀赋与代际支持对老年人幸福感的影响研究——基于CGSS(2017)的实证分析

Research on the Influence of Capital Endowment and Intergenerational Support on the Happiness of the Elderly—Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS(2017)

随着我国老龄化程度的不断加深,对老年人幸福感研究的关注与日俱增,提升老年人幸福感是实现老有所乐的关键环节。本文基于多元线性回归模型,使用CGSS2017的调查数据,从老年人自身的资本禀赋与子女对老年人的代际支持两方面探究老年人幸福感的影响因素。结果显示经济资本、文化资本、社会资本、代际支持以及个体基本特征所涵盖的变量不同程度的对老年人幸福感产生显著影响。因此,一方面要强化老年人的资本禀赋积累,另一方面要重视子女对老年人的生活照料以及倾听老年人的心事或想法,从而更好地推进新时代社会主义家风文明建设。

With the deepening of the degree of aging in China, the research on the well-being of the elderly is increasingly concerned, and improving the well-being of the elderly is a key link to achieving happiness in old age. Based on multiple linear regression model and using the survey data of CGSS2017, this paper explores the influencing factors of happiness among the elderly from two aspects: their own capital endowment and their children’s intergenerational support to the elderly. The results show that the variables covered by economic capital, cultural capital, social capital, intergenerational support and individual basic characteristics have different degrees of significant impact on the well-being of the elderly. Therefore, on the one hand, we should strengthen the accumulation of capital endowment of the elderly, on the other hand, we should pay attention to the care of the elderly by their children and listen to their thoughts or ideas, so as to better promote the construction of socialist family style civilization in the new era.
