基于三方博弈模型的高校教学演化分析研究

摘要 针对高校教学过程的多种影响因素,本文建立了基于管理部门、教师和学生三方动态演化博弈模型,并对模型进行了演化稳定仿真分析和参数敏感性分析,研究结果表明:当高校在管理方面的成本降低,管理部门会倾向于选择“加强管理”策略;高校教师在教学过程中收益增加,以及管理部门对教师的加强管理下,教师会倾向于选择“认真教学”策略;学生为获取知识、提高能力以及学习成本增加等因素,学生则倾向于选择“努力学习”策略。管理部门采取适度奖励与惩罚有利于高校教学高质量发展。本文的研究为高校教学管理提供了一种新的视角和定量化模型分析工具,相关结论可为高校教学高质量发展提供决策参考。 Aiming at the various influencing factors of the teaching process in universities, this paper establishes a dynamic evolutionary game model based on the management department, teachers and students, and carries out the evolutionary stability simulation analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis of the model. The research results show that: when the cost of management decreases in universities, the management tends to choose the strategy of “strengthening management”;As the benefits of teachers increase and the administration’s enhanced management, teachers tend to choose “severe teaching”. Because of acquiring knowledge, improving ability and increasing learning cost, students tend to choose “learning vigorously”. The management department adopts appropriate rewards and punishments, which is conducive to the high-quality development of college teaching. The research in this paper not only provides a new perspective and quantitative model analysis tools for college teaching management, but also provides decision-making reference for high-quality development of college teaching.
