摘要
本文构建了数字化转型与资源诅咒关系的模型,以2016~2019年沪深A股上市公司为样本,结合各地区资源依赖度进行实证分析,研究结果表明:数字化转型与资源诅咒之间为倒U型曲线关系,数字化转型初期会加剧资源诅咒程度,随着数字化转型的深入,资源诅咒会得到破解,资源诅咒程度逐步减弱。本文创新性地把数字化转型与资源诅咒结合起来进行研究,丰富了资源诅咒破除路径,并结合中国特殊国情,提出了针对性的管理建议。
This paper constructs a model of the relationship between digital transformation and resource curse. Taking China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2019 as samples, the empirical analysis is carried out in combination with the resource dependence of each region. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between digital transformation and resource curse. In the early stage of digital transformation, the degree of resource curse will be aggravated. With the deepening of digital transformation, the resource curse will be broken and the degree of resource curse will gradually weaken. This paper innovatively combines digital transformation with resource curse to study, enriches the path of resource curse breaking, and puts forward targeted management suggestions based on China’s special national conditions.
