大学生就业研究热点及未来趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Hotspots and Future Trends of College Students’ Employment Research—Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

本文将2003年至2022年这20年间中国知网(CNKI)收录的有关大学生就业领域的相关文献期刊作为研究对象,通过CiteSpace软件对研究对象的发表年份、关键词等方面进行细致的分析,进而探究我国大学生就业研究的发展现状及其前沿演进。最后,本文给出以下三点建议:一是在对策研究中应从国家、社会、高校、企业以及大学生自身等多个角度探究缓解就业难题的路径;二是对大学生就业的研究应是动态的,不是静态的,要结合当时国家的政策安排和社会发展程度进行对应的研究;三是要积极吸收国外先进的研究方法和工具探寻新的研究框架和思路。

This paper takes the relevant literature journals in the field of college students’ employment included in China Knowledge Network (CNKI) during the 20 years from 2003 to 2022 as the research object, and carefully analyzes the year of publication and key words of the research object through CiteSpace software, and then explores the development status of China’s college students’ employment research and its frontier evolution. Finally, this paper gives the following three suggestions. Firstly, in the research of countermeasures, the path to alleviate the employment difficulties should be explored from multiple perspectives, such as the state, society, universities, enterprises and college students themselves. Secondly, the research on college students’ em-ployment should be dynamic, not static, and should be carried out in correspondence with the policy arrangement of the state and the degree of social development at that time. Thirdly, the advanced research methods and tools from abroad should be actively absorbed to explore new research framework and ideas.
