乡村振兴视域下弥合乡村数字鸿沟的实践探究

摘要 在全面推动乡村振兴实现共同富裕的时代背景下,应用数字技术促进乡村各领域数字化转型,激发农村数字化生产力发展,打造智能化、数字化、现代化的乡村不仅仅是积极贯彻落实全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措,还是数字中国建设的内在动力。基于此,在当下我国乡村数字鸿沟问题仍然普遍存在的现实情况下,本文立足于农村中老年这一特定群体,结合三种数字鸿沟的表现形式,即接入沟、应用沟、知识沟,探索在乡村振兴视域下,农村中老年群体在应用数字技术时存在的数字鸿沟是如何产生?如何优化?本文运用访谈法及文本分析法结合三种数字鸿沟的具体划分给出接入沟下的“难应用”、应用沟下的“应用难”、知识沟下的“不应用”以上三方面问题形成原因的具体探究并相对应给出立足于乡村振兴下五个维度分别给出推动农村互联网普惠化发展、接入第三方社会组织开展公益服务、加快适老产品开发服务、加强代际反哺和朋辈交流四方面的优化建议。 In promoting rural revitalization of achieving common prosperity, the application of digital technology to promote digital transformation in rural areas, stimulate the development of the development of rural digital productivity, build intelligent, digital, modern country is not only actively implement the comprehensive rural revitalization of the important measures, or the inner power of the construction of digital China. How to optimize?
