我国公共服务智慧化建设的知识图谱分析

Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Public Service Wisdom Construction in China

随着传统的公共服务出现不均衡、不科学等多重问题,公共服务智慧化成为我国公共服务建设的新方向和新抓手,为此本文以2011~2023年中国知网(CNKI)中公共服务智慧化为关键词检索到的348篇文献作为研究对象,借助CiteSpace软件对公共服务智慧化相关文献进行发文量、研究作者、研究机构、关键词、时间序列等方面进行分析。分析发现:当前公共服务智慧化的相关文献呈现逐年上升的趋势,研究重点着眼于公共服务智慧化概念研究、公共服务智慧化应用研究和公共服务智慧化实现路径。国内公共服务智慧化研究的进程呈现为三个阶段,分别为萌芽期(2011~2013年)、发展期(2014~2018年)、深化期(2019至今)。希望文章能够为我国公共服务智慧化理论研究和实践规划提供思考和借鉴,提升国家治理现代化水平。

With the emergence of multiple problems such as unbalanced and unscientific traditional public services, the wisdom of public services has become a new direction for the construction of public services in China, for which this paper takes 348 documents retrieved from CNKI from 2011~2023 with the keywords of wisdom of public services as the research object, and with the help of CiteSpace software, the literature related to the wisdom of public services is analyzed in terms of the number of articles, research authors, research institutions, keywords, and time series. The analysis was conducted with the help of CiteSpace software to analyze the number of articles, authors, research institutions, keywords and time series. The analysis found that the literature related to the wisdom of public services has been increasing year by year, and the research focuses on the concept of wisdom of public services, the application of wisdom of public services and the realization path of wisdom of public services. The process of domestic public service wisdom research presents three stages, which are the budding period (2011~2013), the development period (2014~2018), and the deepening period (2019~present). It is hoped that the article can provide thoughts and references for theoretical research and practical planning of public service wisdom in China, and enhance the modernization of national governance.
