基于CiteSpace的电商供应链研究热点与趋势分析

Research Hotspot and Trend Analysis of E-Commerce Supply Chain Based on CiteSpace

党的二十大报告中强调我国需要着力提升供应链韧性,努力促进经济高质量发展。在电商领域,供应链的竞争力在很大程度上决定着电商企业的生存能力与盈利水平,不断加强供应链集成能力能极大程度巩固电商企业自身的竞争优势。为了探究我国电商供应链的研究现状与发展趋势,进而为深化改革和创新提供借鉴,文章使用CiteSpace软件,对中国知网上筛选出的发表在2013~2023年期间的667篇相关文献进行可视化分析。研究发现:1) 随着政策关注度的提升,近年来相关文献数量呈明显上升趋势;2) 年发文量虽整体呈上升趋势,但尚未形成相对稳定的核心作者群体,各科研团队合作较为分散;3) 研究热点主要集中在跨境电商、新零售、“互联网+”和数字化等领域。基于此,提出进一步提升研究质量、拓宽科研合作网络、探索研究创新路径等建议。

The Party’s twenty major reports stressed the need to enhance the resilience of the supply chain and promote quality and reasonable economic growth. In the field of e-commerce, the competitiveness of supply chain determines the viability and profitability of e-commerce enterprises to a large extent. Constantly strengthening the integration ability of supply chain can greatly consolidate the competitive advantages of e-commerce enterprises. In order to explore the research status and development trend of China’s e-commerce supply chain and provide reference for further reform and innovation, this paper uses CiteSpace software to conduct visualization analysis on 667 literatures selected from China National Knowledge Network and published during 2013~2023. The findings are as follows: 1) With the increase of policy attention, the number of relevant literatures has shown an obvious upward trend in recent years;2) Although the number of published papers is on the rise, a relatively stable core group of authors has not been formed, and the cooperation among various research teams is scattered;3) Research hotspots mainly focus on cross-border e-commerce, new retail, “Internet Plus” and digitalization. Based on this, suggestions are put forward to further improve the quality of research, broaden the network of scientific research cooperation and explore the path of research innovation.
