数字化转型背景下企业创新的影响因素分析——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Corporate Innovation under the Context of Digital Transformation—Knowledge Graphs Analysis Based on CiteSpace

数字经济的飞速发展与数字技术的广泛应用使得大批企业纷纷加入数字化转型的浪潮,数字化背景下企业创新也成为当下新的研究热点。现有研究基本上都是针对数字化转型对企业创新影响效果进行微观分析,缺乏系统性回顾。因此,为了厘清数字化转型背景下企业创新研究的发展脉络与研究热点和趋势,本文基于科学知识图谱和文献计量分析的方法,以CNKI中的北大核心和CSSCI为数据源,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,构建共现网络和聚类图谱,从中介因素和调节因素探索数字化转型对企业创新的影响机制并构建理论框架。通过对数字化转型背景下企业创新相关研究进行系统的梳理,有助于深刻理解数字化转型助力企业创新的前因及影响机制从而持续推动企业数字化转型升级。

The rapid development of digital economy and the wide application of digital technology have made a large number of enterprises join the wave of digital transformation, and enterprise innovation in the context of digitalization has become a new research hotspot nowadays. Existing studies basically focus on micro-analysis of the effects of digital transformation on corporate innovation and lack systematic reviews. Therefore, in order to clarify the development of enterprise innovation research and research hotspots and trends in the context of digital transformation, this paper explores the influence mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise innovation from mediating and moderating factors and constructs a theoretical framework based on scientific knowledge mapping and bibliometric analysis, using Beida Core and CSSCI in CNKI as data sources and CiteSpace software for visual analysis, constructing co-occurrence networks and clustering maps. Through a systematic review of research related to enterprise innovation in the context of digital transformation, it helps to deeply understand the antecedents and impact mechanisms of digital transformation to help enterprises innovate so as to continuously promote their digital transformation and upgrade.
