摘要
网络民意表达擦亮民生“底色”,提升幸福“成色”。基于2019年中国社会状况调查数据,本研究采用OLS估计方法和中介效应模型,分析网络民意表达对农村居民幸福感的影响及作用机理。结果表明:网络民意表达显著提升了农村居民幸福感。经中介效应分析,社会公平感知在网络民意表达和农村居民幸福感之间发挥部分中介效应,相关估计结果均通过稳健性检验。进一步分析发现,中西部地区农村居民网络民意表达获得的“幸福效应”要比东部地区居民更为明显,男性群体较女性群体农村居民幸福感提升影响更大,老年人群体较青壮年群体能从网络民意表达中获得更多幸福感。因此,提出持续畅通民意表达渠道,及时解决百姓难题;完善公共资源配置,提高居民公平感知;积极关注少数族群进益,推广新兴表达方式等建议。
The Internet polls express the “background” of people’s livelihood and enhance the “color” of happiness. Based on the 2019 Chinese social situation survey data, this article uses the OLS estimation method and intermediary effect model to analyze the impact and mechanism of online public opinion expression on the happiness of rural residents. The results show that the expres-sion of online public opinion has significantly improved the happiness of rural residents. According to the analysis of the intermediary effect, the sense of social fairness is played with some intermediary effects between the expression of the Internet polls and the happiness of rural residents, and the relevant estimates have passed the stability test. Further analysis found that the “happiness effect” obtained by rural residents’ network public opinion in the central and western regions is more obvious than residents in the eastern region, and the male group has a greater influence on the improvement of rural residents’ happiness than the female group, and the elderly group can get more happiness from online public opinion expression than the young and middle-aged group. Therefore, it is proposed to continuously unblock the channels of public opinion expression and solve the problems of the people in time;Improve the allocation of public resources and improve residents’ sense of fairness;Actively pay attention to the interests of ethnic minorities and promote emerging expressions.
