金融系统女职工工作压力缓解策略硏究

摘要 为深入贯彻习总书记的讲话精神,着眼“四个结合”,坚持“四个放在”。本次调研运用扎根理论分析法获得金融系统女职工压力指标体系并设计问卷;在全国金融系统内发放的172份问卷中,通过因子分析获得金融系统女职工压力核心影响因素,结合均值和方差分析,深入分析各项指标的大小排序。结果表明,女职工在职务、工作家庭、人际关系、团队和个人因素方面受到不同程度的压力影响。根据本次调研成果提出11项缓解女职工压力的对策建议,以便更好地满足女职工的需求和期望。 To carry out the spirit of General Secretary Xi’s speech, we focused on the “four combinations” and insisted on the “four places”. The research used the grounded theory analysis method to obtain the stress index system of female workers in the financial system and design the questionnaire;among the 172 questionnaires distributed in the national financial system, the core influence factors of stress of female workers in the financial system were obtained through fac-tor analysis, and the size of each index was analyzed in depth with the analysis of the mean value and ANOVA. The results show that female workers are affected by different degrees of stress in terms of job, work-family, interpersonal relationship, team, and personal factors. Based on the results of this research, 11 measures to alleviate the stress of female workers are proposed to better meet the needs and expectations of female workers.
