医疗卫生信任度、医疗保健公平感对中国的医疗卫生系统满意度的影响——基于CGSS 2021数据的实证研究

The Impact of Health Care Confidence and Health Care Equity on Health System Satisfaction in China: An Empirical Study Based on CGSS 2021 Data

本文借助CGSS 2021年的统计数据,通过SPSS 26.0统计软件进行分析,来探索医疗卫生信任度、医疗保健公平感对医疗卫生系统满意度的影响。结果表明:医疗卫生信任度对医疗卫生系统满意度的回归系数具有统计学意义,医疗卫生信任度对医疗卫生系统满意度有正向预测作用;医疗保健公平感对医疗卫生系统满意度的回归系数具有统计学意义,医疗保健公平感对医疗卫生系统满意度有正向预测作用。因此,可以通过健全医疗服务质量评价体系、强化医患沟通与信任关系、优化医疗资源配置与管理、加强社区卫生服务与健康宣教等方式来提高居民对医疗卫生系统的满意度。

With the help of CGSS 2021 statistical data and SPSS 26.0 statistical software for analysis, this paper explores the impact of trust in health care and perceived health care justice on the satisfaction of health care system. The results showed that the regression coefficient of health care trust on health care system satisfaction was statistically significant, and health care trust had a positive predictive effect on health care system satisfaction. The regression coefficient of per-ceived health care justice on satisfaction of health care system was statistically significant, and perceived health care justice had a positive predictive effect on satisfaction of health care system. Therefore, resident’ satisfaction with the medical and health system can be improved by improving the medical service quality evaluation system, strengthening the doctor-patient communication and trust relationship, optimizing the allocation and management of medical resources, and strengthening community health services and health education.
