摘要
目的:优化医院抢救药品的质量管理,提高抢救药品的质量,保障患者安全用药。方法:应用PDCA循环法对我院抢救药品管理的各方面进行优化,比较应用前后的药品储存合格率、基数合格率和标签标识合格率等,进行评分并总结。结果:应用PDCA循环法后,药品储存合格率、基数合格率和标签标识合格率和药品质量管理评分均显著提高(P 【0.001)。结论:实施PDCA循环法能够有效地优化抢救药品管理的工作流程、提高抢救药品的质量。
Objective: To optimize the quality management of rescue medicine in hospital, to improve the quality of rescuing drugs, and to ensure the safe use of patients. Methods: PDCA cycle method was used to optimize all aspects of rescue medicine managements in the hospital, and the qualified rates of drug storage, amount and label were compared before and after application, to score and summarize management results finally.
